Overweight And Comfortable

I'm fat and I like it, I'm fat and it's okay, it's my body, are the common sayings you will hear out there nowadays and the reason is understandable, a lot of less informed people bully and body shame overweight individuals. That said, we cannot also encourage people to stay comfortable in their shell and remain overweight as this has serious health concerns. In this episode, we highlight some of these issues and health implications.

    Beyond looks and what people would think of us, our health should be top on our list of concern.

    I’m overweight and I love my body with all the curves😁. However, I can’t lie that I’m comfortable as I’m able to tell the difference between when I was slim versus now that I’m fatter. And the difference I’m talking about is that I’m not as active anymore, I feel tired very often and get sick frequently.

    I will take my health seriously. Thank you.

      Thanks for the comment Tayo. I agree with you, curves are mind-blowing but I’m happy you know the difference between different body sizes…come to think of it, you can still have same curves with less body size… thanks again.
